Quality controlyou can audit

Incoming inspection, in-process checks, and 100% end-of-line load testing: every stage documented, every lot traceable.

Quality at VoyageStart is a process, not a promise. A unit on your shelf can be traced back to its test record, and test data is available with your shipment documents. Audit our line in person or by video. We build for buyers who check.

In-process checks

Each unit moves through an 8 to 9 step assembly process on pneumatic tools and high-precision systems, with tolerances checked at each stage: winding resistance, balance, torque values, fitment.

End-of-line load testing

Every alternator is load-tested before packing: output curve, regulation voltage, ripple, and noise, logged by lot. Units that pass are laser-labeled with your branding and part details.

Your China+1,already operating

Philippine origin changes your duty position and risk profile, without re-qualifying your quality standards.

Diversification only works if the second source performs like the first. VoyageStart was built for that: production systems and engineering leadership proven in Asia's largest automotive supply chains, operating from the Philippines with its own QC, export documentation, and U.S.-facing commercial team. One qualified supplier, one new geography, zero compromise on spec.
